Cancellation & Refund
Payments
We accept all types of payment methods like cash, all major Credit/Debit Cards, Bank Transfer, UPI, QR Code. All goods remain the property of the www.astrologertonmoy.com until paid for in full. We reserve the right to terminate the arrangement and, if agreed to, we can cancel your order. Consequently, all our service bookings and/or transactions and agreements entered into will cease with immediate effect until such time as any and all outstanding moneys are recovered in full.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order immediately (prior to it being shipped) please call us at +91 8582876416 or mail us at astroadvisertonmoy@gmail.com with your order id, order amount, product name.
Replacement / Exchange
We check our product thrice before shipping to customer. We maintain good packaging. If you have received a Wrong or Defective product you can return it to get a replacement / exchange within 7 days of delivery at the customer’s own expense, www.astrologertonmoy.com will not reimburse the shipping charges.
Once a replacement request is created and the claim is verified as genuine and reasonable, we will initiate the return and send you an email detailing the returning process as well as provide details about the replacement.
Refund
Refund is for our Horoscope Service only. One should go for refund within 02 days of delivery. Please email us at astroadvisertonmoy@gmail.com or call us at +91 8582876416 for any kinds of queries. The purchased amount of Horoscope Service should be refunded always to the original payment method or account of payment from which www.astrologertonmoy.com received payment.
